Usually if you spay/neuter them they’ll stick around. The biggest thing to worry about is it getting run over. If you don’t live on too busy of a street, it might be a possibility for you.

Aw thanks AubreyMo! Yes, Princess had lived a full life and was probably old enough to pass. It was a year after I moved to Utah for college that she died. We could have pressed charges against the dog for running around the front yard without a leash but we didn’t.

I wish I could have an outside cat or something but then I’d be so sad if it ran away or anything.

Aww that’s so sad about Princess. I don’t think you ever told me how she died, just that she did die. I can’t stand dogs that want to chase, and especially kill cats!

I’m sorry marc, I didn’t mean to make you more puppy-sick for one! If only your neighbors weren’t allergic, I’d give you one of my sisters kittens that her cat is going to have.

I hope you get a cat or dog sometime soon so you aren’t lonely anymore!
