One of the first things you need to decide when buying your baby boy bedding is which theme you want it to have. If you already have a theme for the rest of the nursery, then this should be easy. If not, I have created a list of classic baby boy bedding themes that may help you choose. The great thing about these themes is that they are quite popular, so you will not have a very hard time finding corresponding products to go with the theme, such as toys and wallpaper.

Jungle Theme: The jungle is filled with fun animals, like tigers, monkeys, zebras and giraffes. The patterns on these animals’ fur will stimulate your baby’s senses, and once he wakes up you can teach him the different animal sounds. Just hold up the stuffed monkey, and go “ooh ooh aah!”
Space Theme: If the jungle theme is a little too vibrant for your tastes, then maybe a calm and soothing space themed nursery is better suited to your tastes. The colors in this theme will create a heavenly sleeping place for your baby boy.
Sports: Theme: It is a fantasy amongs most dads for their boy to become a world-class athlete. Get a sports theme for your nursery and encourage your son early on?
Disney Theme: Disneyland isn’t called the happiest place on earth for nothing. Their characters bring joy and laughter to kids and adults alike. Disney characters bring back fond memories of our youth in all of us. Why don’t you start your boy’s good memories with a classic winnie the pooh nursery theme?
Cars Theme: “Vroom vroom” is what a young baby boy will say watching the cars drive by. Any boy is absolutely in love with these vehicles. Having bedding and accessories with cars in all sorts of shapes and colors will feed that love of transportation.

Being yourself can be a tough thing at times. We all go through phases when we are discovering what we want to do as an adult, what morals, values and principles we are going to follow. Building self esteem and a sense of self can be made a lot easier with self help books.
Lets not forget though that the main thing we are here to do is to live our lives. We do that the best we know how, one step at a time. If you are struggling with self esteem problems then cheer up, you are not alone.
Being true to yourself is key to building self esteem. If you are living life doing what everyone else tells you to then you are not living your own life, you are living theirs.

“To ones own self be true”
This is a great saying and means that if you do not take care of yourself no one else will. You are the greatest person in your life, there is no other you. While you should not be self centered and think yourself better in terms of human life value, you are important.
If there are things you want to do, then go and do them. If you want to read self help books, play an instrument, travel, have a job or not, make sure you take time for yourself.
The time for knowing yourself is now, not when the kids are gone, not when you have enough money for this or that. The longer you deny to yourself what you really want out of life the more you deny sharing your greatness with others.
The biggest thing to realize when building self esteem is to know that you do not lack anything. You are good enough as you are. The only thing you need to do is let go of the beliefs that you hold stating you are a bad person, not good enough, or can’t do something. So be true to you and do great things.

When it comes to retirement many baby boomers think quite differently than their parents did. Pre Baby Boomers lived much more simply and never even considered the idea of moving and living abroad. For the the best and cheapest places to live were right in their familiar neighbourhood – the one they grew up in – the one they worked in – the one where they raised their family. In fact pre baby boom many of American homes were actually homesteads – they were family farms.
Post world war two brought the baby boom and the massive growth of cities – urban living quickly became the norm and baby boomers stopped working on the farm and made their way to factories and offices in the city. At the same time technological advances in transportation made moving around the globe much cheaper and easier nit just for business people but for the average American who wanted to travel beyond our shores. With world wide travel and communications the baby boomers started thinking more and more globally and the idea of moving and living abroad slowly gained relevance and interest to the average American. Each decade saw the concept grow to the point where an overseas or tropical retirement is no longer thought of as crazy, exotic or adventurous. In fact today average Americans form all walks of life are pulling up stakes and adopting the ex-pat lifestyle. A lifestyle which was once though of as only for a select few wild at heart risk takers.
After years of working, investing and paying into pension funds a vast majority of middle class boomers are physically and financial able to make their dream of a tropical retirement a reality. Countries which were once thought of as being hostile and ‘third world’ are now welcoming baby boomer retirees with wonderful incentive programs and ‘first world’ infrastructure. The Best Places to Retire in the World offer up a unique combination of low cost of living with all of the modern conveniences of the most advanced industrialized nations. But their industry doesn’t create smoke because their industry is the retired baby boomer. It’s called ‘residential tourism’ and it’s changing our world – one boomer at a time!
Who made the rules and enforced the cleaning of the house?! It’s so overrated.

Today is that day. I am have been cleaning lots of stuff in the kitchen. Swept and mopped floor, cleaned out fridge (food as well as wiped it back to white), what else do I need to do? Ugh, the list is endless. It never ends.

I have 3 websites in the works. I’ve made twitter accounts for them already and I’m teaching myself and learning from other websites how to create my very own template so I don’t have to borrow anybody else’s. Plus I will feel good about what I will accomplish. I really hope you all will visit my new websites when I unveil them and be as excited as I am for something new. This is exhilarating to me, honestly. Stay tuned!
