- Mango
- Tango

Thank you to those of you who suggested names and I will post what names we chose for our new kittens soon.

Badda bing, badda boom. It’s Christmas!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone! Much love.
Hello there everyone,
Marci and I have been given the pleasure of doing a blog swap via 20somethingbloggers.net. I run a blog called Buffalo Street (shameless plug/link: Buffalo Street) which is a variety blog mainly focusing on photography, music, and the random happenings of my life.
Winter is the best time for photography in my opinion. Everything is homogeneous, clean and gives off an air of simplicity. Most people loathe winter, they hate the cold, the snow, or just don’t like this time of the year. I however adore it, winter gives me a sense of awe and peacefulness. So with that in mind I present you the top ten winter photography and art. Hopefully they’ll inspire you with the winter spirit.

Well there is my post. Hopefully those ten images with give you the winter chills (in a good way of course). I’d like to say thanks to Marci for allowing me to post on her blog, and to all you readers. Happy Winter.

Buffalo Street is where I will be blogging tomorrow. Please come visit me there and comment if you like.
I will be writing an introduction of Search Engine Optimization, hopefully one that will be understood by non-techy people even. Come check it out! Tell me if I did a good job or not.
Everyone. I am excited to announce a scheduled guest post by Sean Folck, who writes Buffalo Street and is from the area of Buffalo, NY.
We are both members of a blog community called 20 Something Bloggers and they hold an annual blog swap and this year is their 8th year! I have never had a guest poster before so this is all new to me. But I hope you are excited to read what he has to say about Photography. I’m sure there are great things to come! Stay tuned. And thanks again for visiting.
Here is a photo from his website, most likely one of his own, that I borrowed.

My little 10 week old kittens are so model perfect that I shot some photos of them and want to show them off.
We still have not named them so please keep the name suggestions coming in the comments. For now, it’s Orange and Black. LOL.
Wow, a piece of Provo history has been burned. The tabernacle in Provo, Utah was involved in a fire this morning. Apparently the roof has caved in.
I am seriously speechless. I am now remembering all of the family, bridals, engagement photos I have taken there and how many pictures I have shot with the building in the background. It was such a pretty brick building! I hope at least some of the building can be salvaged. It is a piece of our history here in Provo.
Our new kittens like to bathe each other. Last night they licked each other’s faces. So cute.
As you can see, we are proud owners of two kittens. We brought them home Monday, December 13th, 2010. One is orange striped, the other is mostly black with some white under his chin.
We haven’t found names for them yet. Please comment and let me know some name suggestions you have for these beautiful new kittens!! I will do a blog post listing all the names suggested. Thank you!

This morning, I awoke to the sound of Butch’s phone voice talking to other truckers to see when his truck will be ready for him, at 6:30 AM. Instead of trying my hardest to fall back asleep, I fought the urge and GOT UP!!
I decided I was going to go for a long walk once it gets light outside, which wasn’t until about 7:30 AM. I gathered the best earphones I could find nearest earphones and my mp3 player, phone, keys, tissues for my runny nose and practically skipped out the door. Only about two blocks away from my apartment I saw two deer grazing in someone’s backyard! Already, I’m seeing wonderful things just by leaving my house! I walked around Springville for a while and then decided to walk all the way to the duck pond I feed the ducks at. Had to pass a (literally) stinking Sanitation plant and walk along a narrow road with too much traffic for that early in the morning. I spotted many horses and cows along the way, along with some obnoxious friendly guard dogs. Of course I said “Hi” to every animal (it’s in my nature).
I passed the Pepsi plant which mind you, Mormons aren’t supposed to drink caffeinated drinks which is distributed in the lovely state of Utah. And just after the plant, I saw a dead black kitty soaked wet from the rain. I felt like crying for this kitty! Well I did snap a photo of the cat as proof. Sue me – I’m evil. I just couldn’t believe seeing something so tragic on my remarkable walk.
I ended up seeing the ducks at the duck pond, watched them quickly swim away from me because I had no food, and turned myself around to walk back home. This walk took me two hours! I now have sore toes from my shoes, chaffed legs and bum (sorry, TMI!). But I do hope this helps me to start losing some weight. Maybe, just maybe, I can become happy again.
