Life is changing constantly. {insert eye-rolling smiley here} Everyone knows I don’t necessarily like change right when it happens. I must adapt.
I need to take a Time Out for myself. I no longer have a boyfriend (our relationship lasted 1 year 5 months). As my sister-in-law put it, I need to take a time out from dating to find myself and take better care of myself. And that’s what I think I’ll do. I want to be able to focus on my job better, work harder on my websites so they can earn more money for me, work on making more Cards to show on my website and possibly start selling online, create more crafts that I love, do some home improving, and learn more about SEO altogether.

My blog has been neglected lately. I’ve been needing a design change for a couple months now and haven’t gotten around to it yet. I also need to focus on losing weight. I’m tired of growing in sizes and feeling out of breath. So it’s time to get motivated!
Also, I read from Jenny Blake’s Life After College about a book she recently read. I found some great quotes to implement into my life from her notes.

I think I need a blog makeover.
I’m just realizing it’s not very easy to navigate through my archives! This needs to be fixed ASAP! Either I need a new template (which I’m growing tired of the green and red contrast) or I need to tweak things a bit so it’s more user-friendly.
I’d like to ask my readers, the few, the proud…What do you think of my blog look? Do you like the bold greens and reds? Did I overdo it with Ads?? Are there things that have become pet peeves of yours?
Constructive criticism is what I’m asking for. Please don’t bash me down, as nobody likes to hear that. I can be sensitive but I do want to know what would be best for readers. And if you don’t feel like you want to either comment or email me your suggestions, that’s fine, I have some ideas in mind already of what needs to be fixed – like when you hover over a link and the words turn white, that’s gotta go!
And last, I’d like to thank you for reading my journal blog and any and all comments you have made to this day. It helps me feel validated as a human being in this world. Thank you all.
I need to be packing for my short trip to Arizona but I keep finding things to avoid it with. I’m occupying my time missing a little puppy I had the pleasure of playing with last weekend.
She’s a 6 week old yellow lab who still creates “accidents” inside the house. She has tons of wrinkles and is completely S.O.F.T!! I wanted to steal her and take her home with me.
She’s a new addition to Butch’s cousin’s family and I believe they will name her Tazra (not sure on spelling).
Isn’t she adorable?! I love this bag of fur!!
And see? I successfully took your thoughts away from my self-proclaimed middle name. I am being productive, laundry, printing boarding passes, dinner, got suitcase down and ready, but for some reason I just avoid the act of packing. Probably because I know it’s never done the night before, since women always need their things in the mornings anyway. So why pack them now when I’ll need them in 10 hours? The packing is never done. Alright, time to get started.
